Ingredients
- 1/2 cups butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 1.5 tsp xanthum gum
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 cups of rice flour blend
- 2 parts rice flour
- 1 part tapioca starch
- 1 part potato starch
Directions
- Cream butter and sugar
- Add eggs & mix until well combined
- Add salt, baking powder, xanthum gum & vanilla
- Add rice flour blend and mix
- Cover bowl with plastic wrap & chill for at least an hour
- Roll & cut
- Bake for 180C 8-12 minutes
